Excellent southern vietnamese (Saigon style) food. The first really good Vietnamese place in central Helsinki (imo). Dishes far beyond just the ubiquitous Pho (which I personally just find to be one of the most boring dishes of the Vietnamese kitchen) - although they've promised their Pho also to have a 12 hour broth, and I'm sensing that it will be the best in town too... The place opened in December, its small and cozy and you totally get a nice Saigon vibe in the place. Tried their Bun Thit Nuong and it was excellent and full of Saigon flavour. The only thing is that it could've had much more herbs for my taste, but I guess that's too much to ask for with Finland's ingredient prices and availability, otherwise the BTN was fabulous! Also had some Cha gio on the side and they also were as close to the stuff you get at the source as I've ever had in northern Europe. Will be going back for more later, and I think that Banh Mi will also be fab since that's what they told us they were specialized on before when they had a Foodtruck in front of Lasipalatsi. All in all, great stuff, highly recommend you to support this place, and I'm so happy that we finally have a good vietnamese place so close to home. The best of luck for the Vibami crew!

Just tried the Lemon grass baguette and coming there for more. Well worth the money. Unusual in Finland with table service. Lovely service and the best staff.
The baguette is very thick and hard to swallow. However, everything else is absolutely excellent: well-seasoned meat, delicious pickles and vegetables, cheap price yet very large portion, friendly staff... Totally worth a visit for an authentic banh mi :D
Both food and staff deserve five stars! Exciting but also comforting flavors. You can be sure to get some real Vietnamese food at Vibami!
This is phenomenon!!! The sandwich is outstanding!
The meat and vegetables are well marinated, creating a well-balance taste between sweet and sour, slightly blended with either lemon grass/BBQ smell.
Decorated with a light touch of Siracha chili and you probably have the Best In Town.
Visited Vibami yesterday at the new restaurant. We ordered 1 Goi cuon (shrimp) + 2 Bun Thit Nuong (lemongrass pork and chicken). The waiting time was about 20 mins. Food tasted authentic, especially Bun Thit Nuong (pork) - the combination of the ingredients in this bowl is smart (I really like it, crispy spring rolls and fried sweet potato tasted so good). Staff is very friendly :)
- Something I expect more: more dipping sauce for the Goi cuon (we run out of it when we ate about half of each Goi cuon), and more fish sauce for the Bun Thit Nuong (it's quite difficult for the rice noodles and veggies to absorb the sauce, so more sauce would be great). Anyway, I asked for more fish sauce and the staff brought it to me, problem solved! �

I had the Bún thịt nướng with lemongrass pork. I love how the dish is elevated from the street-level where it originated. The meat is well seasoned. The fish sauce is just right. The overall visual was overwhelming. It was a great experience at Vibami.

Hieno ja tilava ravintola. Com Tam ja Bun Bo Hue oli hyviä, mutta Pho oli iso pettymys (mauton liemi, ei ollut autenttinen). Suosittelen kakkia paitsi Phota.
Ruoka oli oikein hyvää, hyviä erilaisia makuja. Alkuruoista kohokohta oli tuorerullat katkarapu täytteellä. Pääruoaksi söin currya katkaravulla, maku oli ihanan täyteläinen mutta kuitenkin raikas! Jälkiruoaksi syötiin todella hyvää pannukakkua jäätelön kera (listan ainut jälkkäri). Ravintola sijaitsee sisäpihalla ja on rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa. Ravintola oli todella viihtyisä ja palvelu erittäin ystävällistä! / Very good food and friendly service!
Paikka on siisti ja kiva, sekä yllättävän iso. Ruoka on tehty selkeästi hyvistä ja tuoreista raaka-aineista. Pääannos on lähinnä nuudelisalaatti jossa vähän haluamaansa proteiinia. Possu oli erittäin maukasta ja mureaa. Suosittelen käymään.
Älyttömän hyvää ja tosi iso annos. Ilman korianteria pitää vaan tilata seuraavalla kerralla.
Oikein hyvää ruokaa ja riittoisat annokset. Hyvää palvelu ja viihtyisä paikka.
Erinomaista ja maukasta ruokaa, joka kuin huomaamatta voi olla melko terveellistäkin. Kivasti sisustettu ja tunnelmallinen. Ruokaa ja jälkkäri löytyy sekaaneille ja vegaaneille. Paikka on hyvin vaikea löytää, koska opasteet osoittavat lautapelipaikkaan. Seuraa niitä yläkertaan ja löydät tämän piilotetun helmen.
