Todella ystävällinen palvelu. Olin erittäin innoissani kaikesta. Kaikki oli upea.

Ystävällinen palvelu! Herkullista suklaakakkua ja muuta syötävää.

Kivan näköinen paikka, sopivan pieni. Ruokalista näin suomalaisen makuuun näyttää hyvältä. Hinnatkaan ei pahat. Ehdottomasti pitää tulla syömään.

Lapset viihtyivät mäenlaskussa. Jääveistokset olivat hienot, samoin seinäreliefit.
Oskari Karhusola
Kiva paikka.

Lumisauna on kokemisen arvoinen juttu. Illallinen nautittiin kodassa jossa valmistettiin loimulohta suoraan pöytään.

Wow just wow what an experience I recommend this to everyone, we stayed in the Glass igloos and to top it off you get woken up if the northern lights appear and on my occasion they didn’t disappoint me and woke me up at 2.30am, we just laid in bed looking at the stunning northern lights wow

The surroundings are beautiful. But if you have been to another ice hotel, don’t compare! We found the staff really great and helpful, you do need to pay for drinks etc immediately which we found interesting. The snow hotel is obviously very cold, but our kids made it through the night, so that was a plus! The toilet and locker / shower facilities could be improved, but they are lovely and warm. Maybe take your own sleeping bag liner, as I felt a bit gross sleeping just in thermals and then the hotel liner and sleeping bag and it was a tad cold. Maybe two pairs of socks are needed. They wash the bags and liners everyday, but I just felt a bit yuck. I agree with other reviews that there really isn’t much to do there after the tour. Common saunas (separate make and female) are on during meals service (both at night and in the morning). Reindeer feeding and the toboggan run were a hit with our kids. There isn’t anywhere near enough room for all people to wait to sleep in the snow hotel, so we ended up sitting in the restaurant/ breakfast area until we could get in. That felt a bit weird, as there was a big group eating there. If you book a return transfer and are staying two nights or more, you can get a free return transfer into Rovaniemi or to the Santa Village, which was a good way to fill in the second day. The breakfast was great, as was the glass igloo. The glass igloos are small, but it was a brilliant experience. We weren’t lucky enough to see the northern lights this time, but that just means another trip to the Arctic is needed! We did the traditional sauna / snow sauna / hot tub and didn’t think that it was worth the cost. Someone tried to get into the snow sauna while we were in it which was a pain and the snow sauna isn’t relaxing - it’s really cold. It’s cool to say we’ve done it, but we wouldn’t do it again. We probably wouldn’t go back again, but it hasn’t put us off the arctic at all!!

This is the most amazing, incredible, spectacular place! I just spent 6 weeks across Europe with my sister and this place just keeps popping up in the forefront of my many memories. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the site was spectacular and Mother Nature did her bit by dropping snow on us as we arrived and again as we left. The reindeer safari is not to be missed and the ice fishing, tho the coldest I have ever been, was another very unique and memorable experience that I would do again anytime! I cannot find enough positive words to describe this experience - just DO IT!!

This was without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life. The location is beautiful, so quiet and peaceful. The igloos are very luxurious inside. Beds are extremely comfy and the tilt function is amazing for watching the sky and northern lights. The main reception, restaurants and staff are all exceptional. The snow hotel was being built but from what I seen it looked amazing. Will need to come back one time when it is fully built. The hotel provide transfers to various locations for €20 euros which is very good value. I cannot recommend the Santa Village enough. I was also extremely lucky to watch the most amazing northern light show two nights in a row. It went on for hours and I was blown away. I could not speak more highly of this hotel, staff and experience. 10/10 thank you!

What an experience. Loved the igloos, the food, the ice hotel was interesting to say the least. We managed to sleep the whole night in one of their ice rooms. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend it x

Très sympa. A voir au moins une fois. Manque un peu de lumière pour mieux apprécier le travail des artistes. C'était chouette et atypique et on est venus pour ça...

Great roomy room and highly recommended for family of 4. The maintenance service is good when we highlighted about the heater in the room and also on the exterior glass where snow not melting.

Passez votre chemin!

Outstanding once in a lifetime experience!!!! The staff went above and beyond expectations in being welcoming; the food was superb and the sauna and showers were first rate. The establishment was spotless and and every detail was considered from the moment you were welcomed until the final good bye. I would highly recommend this establishment if you want a quality experience with no chance of being dissapionted. Thank you for memories that will bring a smile to my face forever!!!!

Went to stay for a night at the SnowHotel. Pick up was opposite Santa Claus hotel, arrived and was greeted by a warm customer service and reception - upon checking in, they explain the layout of the place and brief you on what will be happening, as well as recommending activities to do. The guides were very informative, they explained the procedures to sleep in the SnowHotel. The snowsauna is a must-try. Its a unique experience and combination of snow and steam. The night watch would also wake you up if the Northern lights are spotted. And they give you a wake-up call at your time of choosing with a hot cup of Berry juice .

The glass igloo was awesome. The staff was super friendly. Plus they made sure when the Borealis was out they informed everyone. I would definitely stay here again.
