I used to be a HMS customer at various airports before the pandemic, it's my only second time at Pier Zero @ HEL but I am very satisfied with the service (I'd image the place was quite busy before 2020) and the beef today was just great.

I don't know why it is rated so worse, but service was stunning. As I tilt a mug of cappuccino, the service insisted to serve a new one. I felt bad, because I scraped the whole table with it. But the service was incredible kind. Thanks for making my day today 😎
