They got our order a bit wrong, but it didn't matter. The sushi was tasty anyway, and my company could eat the sushi that I could not. The fish and the shrimp was soft and delicious, and we seemed to have avoided the rush hours (went there around 3 p.m.). If I have to say something negative about the place, it's the deposable chopsticks and the wasabi. The wasabi isn't as spicy as in Japan, but maybe that's a good thing in Finland where people aren't used to strong wasabi. Oh, and they can't cook any soups or Japanese omelette yet because they don't have the hot plate for that. It seems they already do have a rice cooker, a kettle and a deep fryer. Kokki ymmärsi toisen tilauksemme vähän väärin, mutta ei se haitannut. Sushi oli silti hyvää ja pöytäseurani pystyi syömään ne sushit, joita minä en voinut syödä. Kala ja jättikatkarapu olivat pehmeitä ja herkullisia. Taisimme välttää ruuhka-ajankin (menimme n. klo 15). Jos jotain negatiivista pitää sanoa, niin kertakäyttöiset syömäpuikot (vaikka niissä onkin kaunis käärepaperi) ja wasabi eivät ole samaa luokkaa kuin paikka muuten. Wasabissa ei ole yhtä paljon potkua kuin Japanissa, mutta ehkä toisaalta on ihan hyväkin, että ensikertalaisten on vaikeampi ottaa wasabia vahingossa enemmän kuin kestää. Niin, ja tamago-nigiriä, miso-keittoa ja muita keittoja ei voi toistaiseksi tilata, koska siellä ei ole vielä keittolevyä, jolla niitä voisi tehdä. Riisinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja rasvakeitin taitavat kuitenkin jo löytyä.
